XHICO is the creative practice of Larimie "Xhico" Garcia.
For more than thirty-five years, Xhico has worked across branding, publishing, entertainment, fashion, education, and cultural projects—creating identities, motion, typography, photography, exhibitions, surface pattern design, and immersive experiences that connect people through thoughtful design.
The work is united by a fascination with visual culture and the belief that creativity thrives at the intersection of disciplines. Every project is an opportunity to explore new ideas, make unexpected connections, and create work that feels both timeless and culturally relevant.
Today, XHICO partners with brands, organizations, and creative collaborators to develop identities, campaigns, experiences, and objects that leave a lasting impression.
Design is more than communication.
It shapes perception.
It sparks curiosity.
It becomes part of culture.
Creativity begins with paying attention—to people, language, history, music, neighborhoods, color, materials, and the unexpected relationships between them.
The best ideas rarely arrive in isolation. They emerge through observation, experimentation, conversation, play, and cross-pollination.
I believe in human touch over perfection.
Curiosity over certainty.
Character over convention.
Culture over trends.
The goal isn't simply to make things look better.
It's to help people see differently.
Every project is an invitation to discover something new.
To create something worth looking at.
To create something worth remembering.
Selected publications, exhibitions, speaking engagements, collaborations, awards, and professional milestones spanning more than 35 years of creative practice.
